What we do NOT collect:

  • We do not record, store, or transmit your interview audio.
  • We do not store AI-generated answers or interview transcripts on our servers beyond the active session.
  • We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
  • We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the GhostMe service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send important account and service updates.
  • To improve the product based on aggregated anonymous usage patterns.
  • To provide customer support when you contact us.

Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored on secure servers. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing ghostmesupport@gmail.com.

Acceptable Use Policy

  • You agree not to use GhostMe to cheat in academic examinations or assessments that prohibit assistance.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
  • You agree not to use GhostMe to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
  • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Top-up credit purchases are charged immediately upon purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund.

Limitation of Liability

GhostMe is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that GhostMe will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for interview outcomes or hiring decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
